Job description

We are looking for an experienced senior HR leader, with a track record of driving service improvement and leading high performing teams. The post holder will oversee the delivery of HR/workforce services to the ICB, providing leadership and strategic direction. They will be expected to drive improvements across all areas of the function to ensure that HR services add value and effectively support the delivery of the ICB's strategic objectives.

The role will be responsible for overseeing delivery and leading the development of effective and proactive HR/workforce services within the ICB. Working with key internal and external stakeholders to develop opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency and experience.
