A full time Administrator role has arisen within a well established and professional Sales & Lettings Agency
Responsibilities and duties:
- Taking email, phone or walk-in enquiries to register applicants.
- Arranging viewings for potential tenants.
- Carrying out viewings and negotiating the Let between the applicants and landlord.
- Answering incoming calls, uploading properties online to market, liaising with landlords and tenants.
- Administrative roles - answering emails and phone calls and filing certificates and reports.
- Arranging tradesman for the upkeep of property maintenance.
- Actively seeking opportunities to improve branch procedures and share knowledge with other coordinators
- Demonstrate the ability to provide cover in the absence of a negotiator to ensure consistent customer service
- Organise photography and floor-plans for new properties
- Arranging EPC's and gas safety certificates for all properties.
- Booking in Inventories for both check-in and check-out's of tenancies.
- Collecting referencing documents for prospective applicants
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £19,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
