Head of Higher Education and International Partnerships

Full-time | Permanent | £42,208 – £47,711 per annum

We are recruiting for a dynamic, inspiring individual to lead the growth, innovation and strategic development of our Higher Education and International provision.

You must have:

· Degree Level Qualification or relevant industrial experience or professional qualification.

· Excellent Data handling and analysis skills

· Proven ability to lead and work effectively in cross college teams and establish positive relationships and bring about improvements.

· Evidenced background in creative thinking and/or innovation within the education sector.

Your main responsibilities:

· Leading or supporting individual projects and liaison with our stakeholders within the higher education and international arena, with significant day-to-day autonomy and responsibility for execution and delivery of work.

· Providing expertise in particular areas of higher education providing an organisational culture of expertise.

· Contributing to broader projects within the college to develop and grow all aspects of higher education and international partnerships/provision.

· Scoping of, developing future project work, and engaging with potential partners.
