Job description
With a background in health inequalities, the postholder will lead the Trust in the development, implementation, and delivery of our strategic plan. Taking action to reduce the health inequalities is one of three strategic quality priorities for the Trust and this is therefore an important and exciting role. They will be responsible for ensuring that the Trust is compliant with the Public Sector Equality Duty as part of the Equality Act across all of the services we deliver. The postholder will cultivate trusted and impactful relationships across the system and into our communities enabling and involving people who may be affected by inequality or exclusion.
