They will play a critical role in ensuring the Foundation has the right tools and processes to implement and pursue its strategy effectively, looking across the end-to-end grantee lifecycle, from initial prospection to impact, learning and evaluation.

OUR SHARED VALUES
Act with Humility
We question our assumptions, stay aware of power dynamics, and listen to others’ perspectives first. We are mindful of, and humble to, the influential capacity of our name, our network, and our societal means.
Hold Trust
We believe that trust unlocks creative freedom, human potential, and the best solutions. We recognise that our partners, embedded in the communities that they serve, are best positioned to define their own priorities and solutions.
Learn in Collaboration
We believe that positive impact is driven by endless learning and constant collaboration. So, we evolve with our ecosystem, creating opportunities for reciprocal learning and relationship strengthening.
Think Holistically
Our intersectional approach requires us to centre those experiencing the most persistent and pervasive inequalities. We embrace the fullness and complexity of human identity and recognise that women and girls do not experience single issue lives.
Nurture Sustainable Change
We strive for quality and longevity in all of our contributions, internally and externally. We believe that a combination of funding and tailored support can secure resilient, sustainable, systems change.
