Job description

An incredible opportunity for a designer looking for a more expansive creative role to help an exciting new luxury fashion footwear brand make its mark. If you love growing new fashion brands, creating beautiful shoes and engaging content (check out @eachxevery) and passionate about getting the brand out into the world, this could be a great step into a hugely rewarding and diversified role.

Who We Are

We’re a luxury designer footwear brand that makes beautiful shoes comfortable, versatile to wear and accessorisable.

For decades, women’s feet have suffered as a result of wearing beautiful but uncomfortable and ill-fitting footwear. That ends with us. We believe that designer footwear should be comfortable and capable of being worn all day, every day but that should not have to come at the cost of the silhouettes that women crave to wear. By taking the very best designs, materials and craftsmanship and fusing them with our experience in comfort technology we produce footwear that makes no compromise between style and wearability.

In 2023, with our community of trailblazing female founders and professionals we have co-created an occasionwear collection that is uniquely accessorisable so that our brilliant women can get more wear out of their shoes.

Less than 2 years old, we’ve been recognised by Drapers as a brand that is One to Watch (Sustainability Awards) and as a footwear gamechanger by Women of the City. We’re young, bold and willing to take risks to build an amazing brand that delivers elegantly beautiful footwear (that is actually wearable) and that always delivers above-and-beyond for our customers whilst addressing the world’s growing problem of footwear over-consumption.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a motivated individual who can bring this brand to the world. You have to love growing a fashion business as much as creating amazing product and content. Our ideal candidate has a great network in fashion and/or retail and can see opportunities to grow the brand in these spaces.

You will be working directly with the founder and CEO and he will look to you for footwear and fashion input and trends as well as creative direction but you’ll also have the opportunity to work in other areas of the business.

You’re also be a hustler (like the CEO), always looking at opportunities for the brand to make its mark and who and how we can get into doors that will unlock our growth.

Why Working With Us Will Be Different

We’re an emerging fashion brand run by a small but inspired and ambitious team. We don’t believe in restricting ourselves to traditional roles with each of us contributing across the business in a true exchange of ideas and activations. By joining us, you’ll get the experience of a fast-moving always-creating brand with talented professionals but you’ll also be given responsibilities and the freedom to be more than a designer.
