Job description
We are looking for a smart, driven Head of Finance to join our Leadership Team. You will lead our small finance team
and support the needs of our scaling business, a well-established B2B SaaS and Consultancy brand. We are fast-
paced and ambitious and this is an opportunity for you to help shape the future of our business.
You will be
- Operationally responsible for the finance function including:
- Leading, management and accountability of the finance team
- Financial Planning & Analysis
o Driving group financial planning and reporting and efforts to improve financial performance,
including budgeting and forecasting
o Providing timely and accurate cash flow forecasts and managing short to medium term cash
requirements
o Business partnering and driving data led financial decision making
o Ensuring the business has efficient and effective financial management processes
o Managing the accounting information systems and all associated processes
o Improving financial literacy across the business
- Financial Control
o Ensuring robust financial governance
o Ensuring timely financial reporting that is in line with GAAP
o Managing relationships with outside advisors to ensure compliance with global tax regulations
- A member of our Leadership Team and a strong cross functional business partner
- Confident to work with the Board on strategy, long term financial planning and corporate finance
About You
You will show us you have a passion for making a difference and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have strong
technical skills and are data driven. You are an effective leader and able to demonstrate your business partnering
skills. You enjoy contributing to initiatives outside of the finance function. You will be a qualified accountant with 2+
years of experience working in a similar role. A working knowledge of Xero would be useful.
