About the Role
As a Head of Finance at ASOS you will have responsibility for helping to deliver the financial and business plans. You will be partnering with the business and other finance teams to deliver accurate budgets, forecasts and reporting. You will be a fundamental part of the wider finance team and help contribute to the success of both finance and ASOS.

What You’ll be Doing
- Working with the ASOS Media Group Director, Wholesale Director and Head of Partner Fulfils on building out multiple fast-growing areas of the business and setting up the business models for success.
- Supporting delivery of, and managing the P&Ls for the three business units.
- Working with the Senior Customer Director on setting and delivering the Customer strategy and forming part of the Customer Senior Leadership Team.
- Working cross functionally to evaluate marketing spend by channel including true sales and customer incrementality, to inform multi-territory marketing spend strategy.
- Key member of the Finance Leadership Team, driving people and engagement initiatives to help support the growth and capabilities of the finance function.
- Managing and developing a team of 5 ranging in experience from Analyst to Manager.
- Tracking and challenging the business on any tasks/initiatives owned by the Customer and Channel teams.
- Driving KPI diligence and performance across the agreed customer metrics, enhancing our reporting to drive improved understanding throughout the business of our customer behaviour and metrics.
- Liaising with other Finance teams, to ensure a collaborative approach towards business planning and forecasting
- Supporting our culture by driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.
Who We’d Like to Meet
- Experience in a large established and/or fast growing FMCG/Retail/eCommerce business, across multiple Finance disciplines
- Excellent leadership skills, within Finance and business wide
- Strong communication and relationship building, with the ability to influence senior business stakeholders confidently
- Attention to detail, and ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations from complex business dynamics
- Bias for process improvement and process discipline to deliver efficiency and improved performance
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified – extensive experience post qualification
- Ability to prioritise work for themselves and their team in a fast-paced environment.
