The purpose of this role is to support the Executive Talent & Assessment Director in shaping and implementing the Executive Assessment strategy as an enabler of next chapter of the transformation journey of Lloyds Banking Group that will help build a strong and purpose-led company.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Shape, implement and ensure future-proofing of the strategy underpinning the Executive Assessment Service

Implement the Group Assessment Strategy through interfaces with the ETA team, wider Talent Teams, and PP teams, e.g. Org/Cap, Culture/Ldsp, Sourcing/Supplier Mng, etc

Oversee the programme management of the Executive Assessment Service for the Top 300 for Selection and Development

Supervise PP colleagues directly involved in and working as part of the Executive Assessment Service

Oversee and manage the calibration process for the insights generated by the Executive Assessment Service

Manage relationships with preferred partners/external Assessment-related suppliers involved in contributing to the Executive Assessment Service

Conduct Executive Assessments (exc. GEC and GEC successors) and oversee process of producing attendant reports

Ensure all Executive Assessment Data is stored, processed and leveraged within the Group’s Regulatory, Data and Risk Management frameworks

Integrate Assessment Data and translate into 1:1 Development Planning and Coaching for Top 300 as appropriate

Leverage Executive Assessment data to identify meta-themes that feed into the strategy for programmatic Top 300 Leadership Development

Report on Top 300 Assessment Data meta-themes when necessary, including at Board and senior committee level

Work with CoEs and PDs so that Executive Assessment Data insights are being leveraged in a fair, balanced and GDPR compliant way

Support Executive Talent & Assessment Director with managing Executive Assessment Service budget and risks
KEY CAPABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
BPS Occupational Psychologist, Accredited Executive Coach; Experience of Executive Assessments & Coaching; Hogan Toolkit Accredited; BPS Level A and B Test Accredited; Externally referenced benchmarks about Assessment Best Practice; Critical and Integrated Thinking; Impact, Gravitas and Credibility at Board and Executive Committee level; Broad-based stakeholder Management skills; Consultancy Background.
