Are you an experienced Head of Design and Technology and Art Teacher or a Design and Technology and Art Teacher looking for your first head of department role?
Complete Classroom Services are looking for an ambitious and hardworking Head of Design and Technology and Art Teacher.
About you:
· Experienced DT or Art Teacher within Key stage 3 – 5.
· UK QTS is essential.
· Strong leadership skills.
· Excellent subject knowledge.
· A real desire to make a difference to the students you work with.
· Ability to build a strong rapport with your peers and students.
· DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one.
Job Responsibilities:
· Lead the DT and Art department.
· Delegate work to all staff within the department.
· Mentor and offer support to staff.
· Contribute to the school policy and strategic planning as required.
