The Role:
This is a highly impactful role, leading an experienced Customer Success team and representing some of the leading brands and agencies.
- Deliver structured client services, account planning and retention strategy
- Lead and scale the Customer success team responsible for career development/growth
- Identify and execute strategic account growth opportunities with key partners

Desired Skills and Experience:
The Head of Customer Success will have a solid background in AdTech, with thorough knowledge of the media landscape.
- German speaking
- Experience leading and scaling CSMs/AM teams
- Experience in account/media planning background desirable
