The Head of Customer Services is a new role within Estates and Facilities Management.
We are seeking a dynamic and high performing individual with a track record of success in working with a large and diverse range of stakeholders and customers. The postholder will be responsible for the EFM Helpdesk, the operation of the University’s work scheduling system; Planon and Car Parking and Sustainable Travel. Combining these customer facing activities is essential to deliver a single focus for internal stakeholders and customers of our services.

Well as facilities in Lancashire, North Wales and later this year in Derbyshire.
This role will coordinate and manage work requests, both soft and hard FM, across all our sites. It is vital that we maintain service standards to the agreed service levels, and ensure that we maintain active dialogue and liaison with our academic faculties.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, building on a culture of service excellence and improvement.
You will be able to demonstrate strategic thinking and how to deliver services in the most efficient, effective and customer focused manner. You will develop and maintain relationships with internal customers and stakeholders. A key relationship will be liaison with Engineering and Maintenance Services to achieve the highest possible service outcomes.
The is a significant role in delivering service excellence to support academic services in a leading Russell Group university. You will play a key role in delivering the ongoing success in EFM to achieve these goals and objectives.
