? The Role ?
As VP of Customer Service you will:
There’s currently c. 10 in the Customer Service team all in the UK and they need a customer-obsessed Customer Service leader to take them to the next level
You’ll take ownership of the Customer Service function – in time this will most likely be the biggest department in the business! (they’ll likely double headcount this year)
You’ll implement new processes, structures, technology and build a market-leading customer service function
You’ll join a true meritocracy where everyone’s voice is heard and everyone has opportunity to influence the direction of the business
? What we are looking for ?
Prior experience as a Head of/ VP Customer Service – you’ll have built and managed teams before
You’ll be an expert in a high-growth, start-up/ scale-up environment
You’ll have experience within technology, either; consumer electronics, hardware, or software
You’re an entrepreneur, a do-er, and want to make a serious impression
Passion for EV/ clean energy is an advantage
