About The Role

RAC have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and energetic Head of Corporate Partnerships with good relationship manager skills, to join our fast paced and growing Commercial Team on a permanent basis. This role will be delivered on a flexible hybrid model with days at our Bradley Stoke office while also working from home.

In this fast paced and crucial role you will take the lead in our relationship with a number of corporate/supplier relationships managing day to day activities alongside the delivery of strategic change. Taking ownership for all insurance contracts, building out a framework which provides good governance and enables timely negotiation/re-negotiation of terms.

What You’ll Do…

  • In charge of day to day relationship lead for key corporate partners
  • Co-ordinate and manage the change agenda with key partners
  • Look for strategic opportunities to build and grow our business with key partners
  • Own and manage the contracts that fall within the insurance division to ensure timely reviews are completed and adherence to material outsourced contracts policy
  • Manage the commercial negotiations with key corporate partners
  • Identify areas of risk and ensure appropriate controls are in place with supporting MI

What You’ll Need...

The ideal candidate will be a highly organised individual with strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data while having experience of Insurance and Financial Services products, particularly time spent working at a Broker, Intermediary or Insurer. You’ll also need the following;

  • Experience and knowledge of the UK Personal Lines insurance market an advantage, including current trends and challenges
  • Awareness of the legal and regulatory landscape would also be advantageous
  • Prior experience of managing senior level relationships with corporate partners
  • Excellent relationship management and influencing skills
  • Strong communications skills – written and verbal
  • Good understanding of relevant commercial disciplines
  • Ability to assimilate information and make decisions quickly
