The Head of Contract Management is a highly visible and critically important role responsible for BT’s largest customer contracts with the MoD and Defence industry partners. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the financial performance of the unit, ensuring BT delivers to our Defence customers and have a unique opportunity to lead some of the largest Telecoms customer contracts and contribute to their long-term success.
What you'll be doing
  • Develops and nurtures strategic relationships across BT’s Defence customers and Crown Commercial services (CCS).
  • Oversees the day-to-day performance of BT’s contracts ensuring we are delivering against customer requirements and obligations.
  • Implements robust risk, obligation, and governance processes to drive insight, identify risk and mitigation strategies.
  • Nurtures and develops the team of contract managers driving progression and development of the teams capability.
  • Drives transformative change in the contracts, organisational culture, and engagement.
