Position:
We have an exciting, brand-new opportunity for a Head of Consultancy (Human Rights in Supply Chains) to lead Slave Free Alliance (SFA) Consultancy in the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the UK Consultancy strategy and driving high performance from a team of experts that partner with organisations to address risks of modern slavery in their operations and supply chains. You will also lead the delivery of SFA Consultancy products and services to new and existing members and continuously improve our UK offering.

Requirements:
- Liaise with SFA Consultancy Director to develop and deliver a UK strategy for the Consultancy function.
- Effectively manage a defined portfolio of strategic members, and develop tailored strategies and engagement plans to accelerate their progress to address the risk of modern slavery and labour exploitation in their businesses and supply chains.
- Lead, manage and develop the SFA Consultancy UK team to drive efficiency, consistency, high-performance and high-quality output.
- Ensure effective planning of Consultancy UK team resource levels and monitor workload capacity.
- Propose and recruit appropriate staffing structures for SFA Consultancy UK team.
- Manage and deliver Consultancy targets in line with annual budget targets.
- Oversee and lead delivery of SFA Consultancy Services to UK members and clients.
- Maintain central oversight on all strategies and engagement plans for members, identifying opportunities for further commercial capital.
- Propose improvements for a structured approach to CRM, monitoring and evaluating progress and maintaining accurate records.
- Lead the development of Consultancy products and services suitable for the UK market and work with the Consultancy Director to design the commercial models for these products.
- Oversee the delivery of the FY New Product Development plan.
- Report monthly to SFA Consultancy Director on progress against strategy and annual plans.
- Collaborate with SFA Business Development UK to deliver a new client/ member pipeline resulting in profitable commercial contracts & SFA membership with businesses.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of SFA operations.
- Maintain close working relationships with SFA and Hope for Justice teams.
- Develop relationships with potential partners, service providers and consultants for SFA UK.
- Adopt the role of SFA ambassador and speak at external events as required, including HFJ and SFA conferences, seminars and webinars.
- Support the international expansion of SFA into new markets where required.
- Embed SFA organisational culture into the Consultancy UK team.
- Support other SFA team members as required.
- Work at all times in line with SFA policies and procedures and the wider strategy, culture and ethos of Slave-Free Alliance/ Hope for Justice.
- Understand and uphold the standards outlined in the Hope for Justice Safeguarding policies, acting with due care and attention to safeguard the wellbeing of anyone that comes into contact with our work and reporting concerns if they do arise.

Salary: Up to £50,000, dependent on experience
