What's the role?
You will lead a team of Brand and Communication Specialists, to provide specialised services in the areas of branding, design, marketing communications, and event management. Responsible to implement policies, guidelines, and procedures and support the implementation of the Northern Europe Branding & Communication strategy.

What does the role involve?
As the Head of Brand and Communications (Northern Europe) you will recruit, coach, develop, manage, appraise and motivate the Northern Europe Brand and Communications team. You will champion, own and drive campaign development, creation, implementation, and evaluation across the Northern Europe Region, including the Hub in Manchester and the Market Organisation teams in Sweden: Denmark: Finland and Ireland.
You will develop the Brand and Communication strategy for the region and drive implementation across all online and offline touchpoints along the customer journey and the region. You will drive the strategy but also support and take a hands-on approach to delivery through leadership and coaching by example.
You will take responsibility for brand experience across all customer touchpoints, working with all channel owners to optimise user experience, whilst being a key consulting partner for Corporate Social Responsibility projects and Employer branding topics in cooperation with HR, Heads of Departments, Internal communications and other internal stakeholders.

What you need is:
- Degree in Marketing and/or business administration
- Extensive background in communications, branding, PR preferably in B2B as well as B2C environment
- Analytical thinker with creative and excellent communication skills and proactive attitude
- Strong team leadership skills and ability to effectively engage and manage a range of different stakeholders at senior levels
- Project management experience in strategic topics
- Experience in brand strategy definition
- Experience in campaign and content creation from idea to delivery and evaluation
- An excellent standard of spoken and written English
