Head Chef Fish Restaurant Tuesday – Saturday Daytimes only 40K
An amazing opportunity to take control of this market based Restaurant with a fish focus serving modern gourmet food, street style. The restaurant uses the best and freshest seasonal fish and shellfish and could be a dream job for a Chef who enjoys cooking fish.
Its an open plan kitchen so you will be in view of customers, while you prepare and cook, adding a bit of theatre to the experience.
The owners are looking for somebody with good allround experience, somebody creative happy to develop ideas, train the team and create daily, weekly seasonal menus
Food served from 10am starting with Oysters with main menu, including ‘small plate’ dishes starts at 11 served until 3.30, typically serving 40 – 100 covers per day. Food needs to be simple, creative, full of flavour.
The ambitious owners have big future plans which potentially will incorporate another restaurant based in the Meat Market which may be another project for the Head Chef potentially taking an executive role overseeing and running both kitchens
Applicants will need to relocate or live in the Doncaster, Barnsley, Rotherham, Scunthorpe or possibly Sheffield area
The Salary and package will be competitive depending upon experience
