The Inn For All Seasons is a busy boutique hotel and restaurant with a dynamic, passionate and friendly team. We are a family business situated in Treleigh on the outskirts of Redruth, Cornwall.

As our Head Chef you should possess a background in quality, team management and fantastic food. You will be responsible for delivering the best possible guest experience and high quality food that keeps customers coming back. You will be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment, manage, encourage and motivate a team of approximately 10 team members. This is the perfect opportunity to make your mark!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations in the kitchen, host team meetings
- Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene & health & safety
- Create exciting new dishes and menus
- Leading by example to the kitchen team - demonstrate the highest level of service, presentation and skill set at all times
- Hold meetings with produce suppliers and work to a targeted GP
- Monitor stock and supervise stock rotation
- Train and develop junior staff helping them to progress within the kitchen
- Work closely with the General Manager to create new ideas for business development
Requirements:
- Currently working as or have experience working as a Head Chef
- Passionate about food and creating exciting dining experiences
- Dedicated to the success of the kitchen and overall business
- Excellent team leader and team player
