We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join Crathorne Hall Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels
At Hand Picked all of our hotels are individual in their own way, just like our Executive Head Chefs, so by working with us you will have the opportunity to personalise and put your stamp on the menus and dishes created for our guests.
The Chef we are looking for will enjoy nurturing a team; finding creative ways to motivate and develop others, encouraging each and every member of the brigade to be their best. As we know, good Chefs can be hard to find so you will need to play your part in helping to retain and attract talent
About You
- You will already be working in a similar environment
- You will have experience of developing new menus and implementing them in a timely, cost effective manner
- You will have a stable track record of delivering multi rosette standard food
- You will analytical and KPI driven
- You will be an Encyclopedia of all things kitchen related, and have your finger on the pulse of the latest and emerging trends within the industry
