Full Time Head Chef wanted for Drake & Morgan

As a Head Chef you will oversee the kitchen within a busy branded environment.

Key responsibilities include the following

Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to spec
Managing and training the kitchen team working with you
Create and develop specials for different time periods of the day.
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
