Details of the role
The successful candidate will manage the student registry and administrative service for all HE students by leading and coordinating the application processes, enrolment and on-boarding, overseeing administrative processes such as complaints handling, appeals processes, timetabling of teaching and assessment, including setting up exams boards, to ensure MidKent College's compliance with all regulatory bodies in order to maintain a high quality customer service to students and stakeholders on all HE matters.
This is a term time only role.
Interviews will be held on Tuesday 27 June 2023.
Job Requirements
You will have relevant qualifications Educated to at least a Level 3 standard including passes in English & Maths.
As well as this you will have experience of working in an administrative capacity in a HE setting. In addition, you will have experience in working with HE regulatory bodies such as OfS and QAA and managing resources and planning use of facilities including timetabling and assessment.
You will have the ability to work flexibly and meet deadlines under pressure whilst demonstrating commitment, responsibility, initiative and innovation and have the ability to analyse and interpret data to monitor and improve performance.
