HCM Specialist - Dunstable
We're looking for a HRIS Specialist to join our People transformation team on a 12 month FTC.
There's an HR revolution happening at the UK's leading Hospitality business and your integration skills are going to lead it!

You'll be the mastermind behind configuring and customising it, so it meets the unique needs of our organisation.
If you've got experience in Ceridian, Workday or Oracle HCM then this is the role for you to have real impact and provide ongoing support for this vital tool.
Salary: 50k - 60k - 12-month FTC
Location: Whitbread Court, Dunstable, LU5 5XE. We offer flexible working and require you to be in the office at least 2 days per week

What You'll Do
- Use Power BI to show reports, dashboards and understand our business requirements
- Configure/Implement systems
- Contributing to security set up and maintenance
- Creating the process to manage People System change across the organisation
- Setting up People hierarchy/org structure and process of future changes.
What We Need
- Previous HRIS/HCM analyst experience
- Configuration experience with Oracle HCM, Workday, Ceridian etc.
- Ability to seek out opportunities for improvement
