ADMINISTRATOR
OFFICE - ALLOA
Requirements: Provide administrative support to designated manager and field service teams & workshop team covering duties including but not limited to payroll, timesheet processing, credit card spend management, travel booking, invoicing and training coordination.

Skills Required:
- Attention to detail – required for Payroll, Timesheets, Dcal, Invoicing, raising purchase orders, Holiday Requests, Training, etc.
- Time management/ability to prioritise workload – It is a fast-paced environment, with multiple deadlines and potential urgent requests
- Emotional intelligence – Out of control situations may arise, remaining calm and negotiable are key skills
- Computer skills – almost all tasks are completed via computer, requiring high IT skills in various software packages
- Problem solving – the nature of the role in a reactive engineering environment could have challenges in preventing tasks from being completed, the ability to be tenacious and find a solution to the challenge is a must.
- Work well with others – although the immediate team in the office is small it is coordinating and providing administrative support to a large field service team, being able to build remote relationships and working well with the team is key.

- Payroll
- Timesheet processing

Desirable
- Accounting, payroll, or admin software using packages such as Infor M3 / ADP / Gel Training Solutions / Dcal.
- Working in an engineering / construction industry
