As a Support Worker you will be the core to our foundation in bettering the lives of others.
You have an ability to develop relationships with people and are adept at managing challenging situations. You have a skill of understanding and encouraging people to look after themselves and live life in the fullest way possible.
- 6-months UK care experience from within the past 3-years
- Moving and handling and personal care experience
- Brilliant people skills, reliable and empathetic
- The right to work in the UK
- The ability to provide person-centred support to service users with mental health conditions
