Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Location: Four Ashes

What you'll be doing;
- Collation of paperwork for all scheduled clinical work
- Calculation of any overweight charges and providing this information in a readable and timely manner to the account manager
- Consolidation of all information within SF for the monthly consolidated invoices
- Assessing the bin numbers and where possible looking at options for optimisation across the contracts
- Liaison with depots and other internal departments to obtain information for contracts within the portfolio
- Completion of month end reports for the contracts including any reports required for the frameworks on which the contracts sit
- Providing admin support for the Brokering department as well as our growing National Account business
- Occasional visits to disposal sites within the clinical division to build relationships for the clinical business
What we're looking for;
- Previous experience gained within a sales administration role is essential
- Hazardous Waste experience is essential
- Experienced gained using Salesforce is essential
- Financial understanding and clinical waste knowledge is desirable
- Computer literate including experience with data interrogation and handling large volumes of data
