Job description
A temporary 6 month position to assist with harvest and cultivations. The picturesque family farm with ancient oak trees, hawthorn hedgerows and water meadows is based in the heart of Suffolk, 5 miles north of Framlingham. We farm on medium to heavy soils growing a range of crops including wheat, barley, OSR, oats, beans, peas and sugar beet.
Your primary role, not limited to, will include driving a Case Puma 160 with a 16ft grain trailer collecting the harvest from our New Holland 9.90 combine and Richard Western chaser bin setup, help with cultivations and establishment of next year's crop and yard/estate work.
You will be working alongside a team of 5 and, at times, will be lone working, therefore teamwork, confidence and good communication skills are essential.

Salary: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
