Job description
A busy property office are looking to employ a dynamic, well disciplined experienced handyman to assist our property managers in maintaining the condition of our properties. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, both written and verbal; able to work independently with minimum supervision; able to prioritise and be organised. It is also important that the candidate be reliable, flexible and trustworthy.
The candidate must have their own van or car and smart phone. Fuel costs will be covered and the candidate will be expected to keep record of receipt of expenses for their own petty cash account.
The job will include all aspects of DIY including
Joinery Repairs
Minor Plumbing
Minor Tiling
Clearing & Furniture removal
Painting
This is a fast passed environment where you will be held accountable for the jobs assigned to you and are expected to report back to the office regularly.
