We complete maintenance work for some of the largest letting agents & property managers in the UK, mostly prime properties in London. We carry out 100’s of reactive and planned jobs each week and are proud to be rated 4.9/5 stars on Trustpilot.
We are looking for a self-employed Handyman to complete planned and reactive work on domestic properties across London. The volume is around 15-25 jobs per week.
We are a friendly team and enjoy great working relationships with the engineers we partner with.
What are we offering?
- £35 per hour on-site
- OTE £33k to £45k per year
- Congestion & Parking paid
- Backed up by a friendly and supportive office team
- Jobs Monday - Friday but weekend overtime is also available
Typical Jobs Include:
- General repairs such as basic carpentry,decorating, grouting, flat pack assembly, blinds, basic plumbing & electrical repairs
What are we looking for?
- Experienced handyman
- Public Liability insurance
- Own van and tools
- Friendly and reliable with good communication skills
