Front of House Host | Commercial Property

Are you an experienced Receptionist/Front of House with excellent organisational skills? Do you pride yourself on delivering exceptionally high standards of customer service?

If the answer is yes, then read on………

Ideally, you will have previous experience as a Guest Experience Host within property and asset management with customer service training.

You will be responsible for the reception area, serviced office accommodation and conference rooms, ensuring that the highest standards of management, maintenance and service are maintained, whilst having due regard to expenditure and current legislation. You will be providing full reception duties to tenants and visitors, promoting high levels of satisfaction among occupiers and clients by promptly responding to their service requirements.

Service to the occupiers of the building will be provided by phone, email, radio and face to face so confident communication skills are a must. You will be meeting and greeting visitors and occupiers of the building each day in a professional, courteous and efficient manner – dealing with any concerns efficiently.

It would be beneficial to have worked in a similar environment such as serviced offices, shared workspace or other multi-occupancy site. Ideally with some experience dealing with facilities management and service desk issues.

Salary: £33,000 - £35,000

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

Location: North Manchester
