Formed in February 2017, Sanper can supply project management solutions for small to large projects, fulfil maintenance and repair contracts, as well as offer general construction services to the public and private sectors. Specialising in contracts within security-controlled environments including HM Prisons, Hospitals, and educational establishments. Our recent growth and success have created the need to expand our team and we are now looking to obtain a Handyman/Multi Trader as part of our day to day reactive workforce.
Your primary responsibilities are (but not limited to):
- Ability to carry out work to a high standard
- Complete schedule of works issued in agreed timeframe
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with all safe operating procedures specific to the industry
- Ability to carry out work to a high standard

- Take responsibility for flagging variations in work against schedule
- Manage own time effectively
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Speak fluent English
- Have own transport & tools
- Be hardworking, punctual and reliable
- Have a good work ethic
- Be respectful towards clients and the public
- Have pride in your work with a good eye for detail
- Provide full references
- Adhere to company policies whilst on site
You must:
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS Card
