Permanent, Full-time, Up to £30,000 DOE + Company Vehicle
Location: Rainham in London/Essex

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a multi skilled operative to join our repairs and maintenance division.
What we are looking for:
A Handyman required for our new work stream. You'll be responsible for educating tenants on money saving measures within the home- help support and educate the residents with money saving hints and tips, adding relevant measures, attending circa 6 properties per day, replacing light bulbs, draught proofing door frames, adding reflector panels to radiators, inserting a Water Hippo into toilets and adding TVR radiator controls where required.
