Job description
We are looking for an experienced Hands-on business consultant and business transformation coach to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategising and developing SMEs end clients/multi-clients, agile project and program management achieving goals, helping to scale businesses, and managing projects.
Responsibilities:
Strategize and develop SMEs end clients/multi-clients to achieve business goals.
Develop and implement effective business strategies and plans to achieve the company's objectives.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on business processes, operations, and management.
Help businesses scale by identifying growth opportunities and developing plans to capitalise on them.
Manage and lead projects from start to finish, ensuring that all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and provide insights to clients.
Develop and implement business improvement initiatives to optimise business processes and increase efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Business Consultant.
Strong understanding of business operations and management principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 37 per week
Salary: £70,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
