Duties:
- Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Utilize Google and Microsoft to create and maintain files, documents, and spreadsheets
- Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes and other important documents
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing office supplies
- Support order entry processes and ensure accuracy of information
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform general office duties as needed
Requirements:
- Atleast 1 Year experience in Business Admin Roles
- A Level or Equivalent (Level 3)
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Other Languages are desirable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
