Hall Porter – Royal Albion Hotel

The Royal Albion Hotel is a 208 bedroom-hotel and due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Hall Porter onto the team.
As Hall Porter you will be required to;
- Conduct regular floor walks and security checks of fire exits and public areas, reporting any irregularities to the manager on duty.
- Meet and greet the guests into the hotel and offer a concierge service to the guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Offer the facility of carrying guest luggage to their bedrooms.
- Assist in setting up and servicing event rooms.
- Have thorough knowledge of all systems and procedures used within the hotel and department and to provide support as and when required.
The successful candidate will be organized, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent attention to detail and can effectively meet deadlines whilst maintaining high quality service.
