Work on a cutting line processing chicken
Work in cold environments Cutting, grinding, preparing and processing meat and poultry for sale
Knowledge of meat cutting techniques
Ability to use knives and other cutting tools
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety requirements
Manual skills Dexterity

Butcher specialises in pre-sale processing reducing carcasses to primal cuts
To cut through the muscle fibres to make the meat more tender and easier to chew.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Prepare meat into forms ready for cooking using a variety of actions, including boning, tying,
grinding, cutting and trimming to make it easier for customers.
Rotate products to reduce the chance of any meat spoiling to reduce waste and loss of profits.

Salary: £26,200.00-£26,800.00 per year
