Advantis is a leading debt collection company located in an historic grade 2 listed building in the heart of the city of Stoke-On-Trent. Our clients are some of the UK’s largest Utility, Retail and Government bodies. Salary– £22,000 plus BONUS of £3000 OTE per annum
Shift Pattern –
Week 1 Monday – Friday 8am - 4.30pm (4 days) Saturday 8am - 5.30pm
Week 2 Monday – Friday 8am - 4.30pm (4 days) and Saturday 9.30am - 7pm
This shift pattern includes a lieu day off in the week.

The role:
We are looking for exceptional and motivated personalities to join our growing contact centre. As a HMCTS agent you will be acting on behalf of Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunal Services.
Through both inbound and outbound calling you will provide professional support. Providing debt guidance to our customers always ensuring you find the best and fair solution for them. Including helping customers to pay off their debts, to resolving complex enquiries.
Your customer service skills, confidence in being able to problem solve and personal resilience will be essential in maintaining our expectations of exceptional levels of service. Your active listening skills and negotiation techniques will ensure that the right outcome is achieved for both our customer and for our clients every time.
To ensure that you are able to meet and maintain our high standards full induction training will be provided and further ongoing coaching and support.
