Responsibilities:
- Excel in the Art of Service to reflect the brand standards of the Rooms/Suites and Club.
- Fully conversant with Opera and knowledge of rooms allocation.
- Member recognition and anticipation of their needs.
- Taking reservations and following members requests.
- Promote The Arts Club outlets and dealing with all In Room Dinning requests.
Entry Requirements:
We are searching for highly motivated and experienced individuals, who have worked in a similar role. You will be an excellent and confident communicator with exceptional people skills.
Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Impeccable appearance of personal grooming
- Confident, professional and welcoming personality
- Genuine passion and enthusiasm to learn
- Proficient in English language and other languages is advantageous
- Desirable knowledge of Micros and Opera
