Job description
The Front Office department is looking for a passionate Guest Services Agent to provide guests with outstanding service in this stunning hotel. This position has excellent progression opportunities and would be suited to someone with an enthusiastic personality and someone who is proud to work in a luxury environment.
Salary package is up to £26,000-27,000 per annum including hotel service charge.
Shift patterns will be on a "4 Days on/4 Days off", 10:00am - 22:00pm.

- Responding to enquiries in line with our mission statement: “no request is too large, no detail is too small”
- To provide warm and caring services to our guests
- To ensure that all arrival rooms are fully checked and prepared as per the guests’ preferences
- To act and represent Red Carnation Hotels according to its “passion for excellence” ethos
- Communicate and cooperate with hotel departments about regular guests, VIPs and their requirements
