A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Guest Service Manager at the Holiday Inn Express Royal Docks
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
- Responsible for your shift, the safety and security of guests and hotel team. You will manage the team on shift ensuring each member is effective, trained and delivering great guest experinace.
- Being the main point of contact for all in house and external guest queries and requests during your shift.
- Liaising with other departments and hotel teams to ensure a swift and efficient communication resolution across the hotel.

To succeed in the role of Guest Service Manager , you will need the following qualities and skills.
The ideal candidate is an indervidual who cares about providing excellent service to our guests and who can use their intuition and creativity to deliver an amazing experinece for everyone. You will be able to maintain a positive and calm outlook regardless of what challanges the shift might bring, and be able to make the right decicion. Experinace within a similar environment is preferable.
