This is an ideal position for an F&B Guest Service Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career and join our busy Ibis Styles Birmingham NEC& Airport in this full-time position.

Perfect for someone with hotel experience and a passion for food and beverage operations and customer service, the role offers a salary of £24,012 per annum plus companywide benefits.

The role:

  • You will be able and willing to turn your hand to all aspects of hotel life but your primary focus will be on our F&B operations
  • You will be focussed on delivering a great experience for our guests and setting a great example for your colleagues as a senior member of the team
  • While on shift you will be duty manager, supervising your more junior colleagues

A bit about you:

  • You will have experience in hotels or hospitality in a supervisory role (ideally within an Accor-brand property)
  • You have experience within F&B
  • Are focussed on guest service
  • Are a great team player
  • You'll enjoy meeting and greeting new people
  • Are confident on a computer
  • Have a great telephone manner
  • Are able to be e to be a fantastic representative of the ibis brand
  • As an experienced hotelier you know that we're a 24/7 operation, so flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays should be expected.

We're also looking for candidates with experience in the restaurant industry and the ability to work effectively in a small team.
