We are recruiting for a Food and Beverage Guest Service Champion to support, compliment and strengthen the park team with their daily operation. This role will work closely with the Management Team to ensure the delivery of day to day operation by implementing initiatives and quality standards across the Park in all areas of the food operation in order to facilitate the maximization of revenue against enhanced visitor experience.

What does this role entail?
A day in the life of a Food and Beverage Assistant would include…
- Implementing initiatives and quality standards across the park in all areas of the Food and Beverage operation.
- Facilitating the maximisation of revenue against the enhancement of visitor experience.
- Supporting the team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences by being present and welcoming in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department.
- Motivating and empowering the team to perform their duties to a high standard daily.
- Being a role model of exceptional customer service for the team by demonstrating a hands-on approach.
- Encouraging all staff to promote a professional image by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Encouraging efficiency by ensuring all team members work to their best ability and attend any issues with a sense of urgency.
- Circulating important and relevant information to the both the guests & team members alike.
- Maintaining unit presentation to set standards and offer ideas for change where applicable.
- Attending training programmes in order to aid own development.
- Working closely with the management team to ensure the delivery of strict compliance with all relevant Health and Safety legislation and requirements from all team members.

- Previous Food and Beverage or experience
