- Welcome - you are the first contact of our guests and welcome them with a refreshing drink at our bar while you check them in. They feel right at home
- Giving tips - what is there to discover around the hotel? You know it! Our guests find their way around perfectly
- Service - you are the host in "our" lounge. Here you spoil our guests with your favorite drinks and delicious snacks
- Office - It is easy for you to deal with the necessary correspondence
- Goodbye - you say goodbye to our guests. This is how they will remember the Penta Hotel
