```Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
- Check guests in and out of the hotel using the computerized reservation system
- Answer phone calls and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of guest payments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic phone etiquette
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest service
- Proficient in using computerized reservation systems and other office software
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
