Job Description
- Support the Clienteling Manager in general activity, sending reports, building client profiles, analysing results.
- Create and document Agendas and extract valuable information prior and post events.
- Create raports and feedback on client profiles.
- Support Clienteling Manager orders for the store; floweres, gifts, deliveries to clients.
- Support the Clienteling Manager in delivering morning briefings and monitoring clienteling KPI’s.
- Support the CM to ensure that all the global clienteling programs, projects and tools are implemented and followed by all Client Advisors.
- Populate all reports and actions for all clientelling KPI’s to share with CM and Senior Leaders.
- Foster a strong working relationships with various internal and external teams; personal shopping, concierge etc.
- Develop and implement in-store programs to stimulate Clienteling awareness.
- Constantly monitor Client advisors on data collection and enrichment: tool usage and related ceremony.
- Proactively support our Sales team to build relationship and gain customer understanding to facilitate future return visits.
- Support the team to organise OTO appointments, transfers, set-up.
- Coordinate the OTO calendar and results.
- Help the team to deep dive client profile, behaviour and preferences to personalize the experience, leveraging on the WTW practice, VIG room setting where available.
- Implement annual client action plan for selected clusters of VIG according to corporate guidelines.
Key accountabilities:
- Experience in retail minimum two years; ideally having worked in Luxury.
- Be flexible with work schedule: when needed to be willing to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong customer focus in line with Gucci hospitality culture.
- A passion for GUCCI, our history, product and creative culture.
- Experience working with high net worth clients.
Key Skills:
- Efficient in using Excel and power point;
- Efficient in using social media like Instagram;
- Able to work well under pressure and time restraints.
- Good communication skills.
