Shift pattern

Monday/Wednesday & Friday 1.30pm - 9.30pm

Tuesday & Thursday 9am - 5pm

· Has minimum 2 year experience in managing a Cleaning Team.

· Responsible for initiating and completing tasks and procedures

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Cleaning Manager are:

· Managing the cleaning team

· Carry out high standards of cleaning

· Insure that staff give accurate handovers to other cleaners who are coming on site

· Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices hygiene,cleanliness, fire and COSHH

· Comply with guidelines with regards to the identification and re-porting of health and safety hazards e.g., blocked/locked fire doors

· Communicate effectively and demonstrate a pleasant, polite, efficient, caring and friendly service

· Report immediately any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities and take such action as may be appropriate

· Carry out other reasonable tasks and reporting as directed by Facilities Manager

· To attend any meetings or training courses

· Manage the recruitment process of cleaners

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant for the Cleaning Manager role:

· Experienced in managing a team

· Is aware of how to recruit staff

· Has qualifications that will be beneficial for this role

· Can do attitude

· Possess people skills

· Basic IT Skills

· Flexible as they will be required to manage staff that come in the morning , afternoon and evening.
