What you’ll do
We are looking for a GTM Strategy & Operations Associate based in London, who will focus on
some of the business’ most pressing business issues, with a direct impact on our commercials.
The role requires flexibility, adaptability, a self-starter mindset, and a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
Develop, refine and execute on the priorities for the Go-To-Market (GTM) team- Work collaboratively across GTM, Product, and Operations teams on a variety of
landscape, target segmentation, contracting, pipeline analytics, etc.
- Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis, identify actionable insights and
- Structure complex and ambiguous strategic questions with a mix of analytical rigour,
- Monitor and iterate on GTM performance by doing analyses, conducting research, and
- Incubate, design and implement the business and operational systems and GTM
Skills and capabilities we are looking for
- Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, strategy
financial services space
- A balance of analytical skills and operations acumen and people skills – you are
implement the systems and processes we need to run things effectively
- Structured problem solving – you often use frameworks to evaluate decisions,
- Comfortable with ambiguity – you do not hesitate taking on the toughest and most
thinking and a disciplined approach
- Strong written and verbal communicator – you can effectively present your findings /

- Excellent stakeholder management – you can think across multiple dimensions of a
