Growth Marketer & Communications Manager
Full-time permanent contract: 37,5 hours - Monday to Friday
Location: Fully remote
Salary range: £35k to £50k / year
Medical insurance
28 days of holiday + 8 holidays per year
Payroll paid twice a month (50% mid-month, 50% end of month)
For formalities: UK National Insurance number required to start work
Start date: As soon as possible (we can always try :D but mainly as soon as you are available!)
Main Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Director, your role is to promote our products and services internationally (US LATAM EMEA).
- Develop and implement a long-term marketing and growth strategy for the website using digital marketing channels (such as paid advertising, content marketing, public relations and email marketing).
- Develop a quality audience, increase brand awareness and drive customer loyalty.
- Work collaboratively with the various teams (development and product) to optimize the user experience and increase conversion rates on the site.
- SEO - Improve site visibility and position in search results (optimize site content, improve site structure, research relevant keywords, create quality links, implement a content marketing strategy, and use analytics tools to monitor site performance).
- Identify rapid growth opportunities using growth hacking techniques, such as virality optimization, abandoned cart recovery, and user engagement improvement.
- Develop marketing plans for specific initiatives, such as sales promotions or marketing events, ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals.
- Manage the company's social media, creating and publishing engaging content to increase brand awareness and stimulate user engagement.
- Develop and maintain media relations: press releases and events to promote the brand.
- Analyze site and marketing campaign performance, using data analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure all expenses are in line with the company's objectives.
- Work closely with other teams in the company to ensure growth and marketing objectives are aligned with overall business goals.
- Ideal Profile
For this position, we are looking for a person with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in digital marketing and growth hacking would be highly appreciated.

- You master all aspects of the digital economy and digital advertising. From traffic acquisition to the optimization of the transformation, through the relationship between companies and consumers on social networks, the habits and customs of the Web must be a real evidence.
Working Environment
The team: It is a new position, there is currently no Marketing/Communications team. You must therefore be autonomous at the beginning in order to put everything in place (communication strategy, tools to measure ...).
On a daily basis, you will be in close contact with Kévin, the Director of the group, Jérémy, his Assistant, and Naïm, the Artistic Director.
