Contentive is looking for a Growth Account Executive to join our commercial team to support and drive the growth of our client partnerships through working alongside our account management team to support client retention with presentations, data analytics, client outreach and much more.
This is a newly created role that will suit a passionate people person with a can do and positive outlook, determination to succeed and do the right thing for our clients. THE ROLE:
- Achieve and exceed weekly & monthly, quarterly quantitative and qualitive goals.
- Work autonomously to monitor and understand the Finance, HR Tech buyer and vendor marketplace within the Corporate Growth Unit (CGU)
- Operate as a team player in the CGU team and offering support to fellow colleagues with the goal of scaling our business.
- Plan and execute customer coverage to maximise sales revenue for CGU, which include Virtual/face-to-face meetings, sales trips, and attendance at relevant industry events.
- Whilst you will follow the direction of the commercial plan to meet customer coverage objectives, you are also expected to identify new targets within your market who fit the CGU target criteria and Geo-cloning existing relationships into Europe & the US.
- Build relationships and engage in in-depth, consultative conversations with new & existing clients to understand their medium-term marketing objectives and plan effective digital and virtual event campaigns to fit their needs using the SAAS SPICED framework.
- Produce materials & collateral, to creatively plan & effectively present marketing campaigns to both clients and their agencies – alongside CGU Team
- Effectively manage personal Demo pipeline to maximise both yield and revenue
- Achieve (as a minimum) productivity targets
- Internal stakeholder management & optimising client campaign through customer-success and marketing to facilitate long-term working partnerships between our brands and our customer-base.
- Work with the CRO to design your own personal growth plan.
- Maintain all internal process and systems to a high standard (eg Salesforce and 'key performance indicator' systems)
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience working within B2B media and/or Digital/Event sales; with new business and/or Account Management team.
- Excellent selling, negotiating and closing skills
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Comfortable with high-activity prospecting, account planning, in-person connections.
- The drive and confidence to contact prospective new business & existing clients, and build relationships.
- Exceptional organisational skills – the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Data-driven and ability to constantly review and optimize sales process and customer journey.
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communications skills.
- Ability to present at a senior decision maker level.
