Group Trainer


Job summary:


As a Group Trainer JCT600, you will deliver our development programmes and initiatives throughout JCT600 that allow our colleagues to carry out great work and support our business perform at its absolute best. Delivering both credible and professional training programmes which fully support the operational requirements of the business, you will ensure that training is effective and that the key core skills are delivered for key roles in Group.

Key Responsibilities will include:


  • Delivering training and initiatives for front line colleagues across JCT600, contributing to the continuous growth of people and JCT600 performance.
  • Execute the delivery of our training prospectus, via a blend of online and face to face training in line with business plans.
  • Ensure a great induction experience is provided to our colleagues via training provision.
  • Working in line with our comprehensive training calendar to deliver great levels of colleague experience.
  • With the Learning and Talent team, support the creation and maintenance of an environment of continuous improvement.


What You’ll Bring:


  • Proven experience in providing training delivery in both face to face and virtual environments.
  • The ability to modify or write training materials is advantageous.
  • A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
  • A strong sense of teamwork and the ability to work independently when needed, with the ability to quickly build strong and effective relationships.
  • Excellent verbal, written and computer-based communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and coach others into delivering results.
  • Willingness to travel to our key training facilities in West and South Yorkshire
  • A driving license free from excessive penalties.
